Gold Key – Emerging Hotel Concept
The Highlights: The first of several locations in development, this community-centric boutique property marks the brand’s growth into a mature concept: A full-service hotel for guests driven by self-discovery, through new places, people, and points of view. The brand is built upon three pillars: Strictly Unstructured, More than Face Value, and Obsessively Local, meaning that common spaces are designed to be what guests need them for, no matter the time or use; unexpected ideas and unchartered experiences are around every corner; and the soul of the surrounding city is in every aspect of the hotel.
“The Wayfarer’s public spaces are steeped in local culture and celebrate shared experiences,” says the Gettys Group CIO Ron Swidler. “Local and nationally acclaimed artists are displayed throughout, bringing to life diverse textures, stories, and points of view.”
