FINALIST
Gold Key – Restaurant Casual Dining
The Highlights: In an effort to transport students away from campus life, the team manifested an inspiring yet laidback custom interior to complement the meatball and local drink program. Eye-catching design elements include a custom 24-tap brass tap system that drops from the ceiling, cantilevered lighting, a CNC-routed Baltic birch booth installment, pink tile accents, and a 30-foot-long copper drink rail. A testament to the firm’s signature design style of utilizing wood techniques in metal, the exterior doors are retro-inspired ribbed steel painted in sparkling gold automotive paint.
