Founded in 19th century Persia, carpet maker Golran commissioned Tehran-born French architect and designer India Mahdavi’s Garden of Eden collection celebrating their shared heritage. The hand-knotted wool rugs featured windswept leaf patterns inspired by Persian gardens and come in rectangular and irregularly-shaped versions with four season colorways: “March” is green, shown; “June” is honey yellow; “September” is warm orange; and “December” is black and white.
