Ritz-Carlton to Debut in Australia
Project will add restaurant Hearth
In November, the Ritz-Carlton brand will debut in Australia. The 205-room hotel, located in Perth, will feature a rooftop bar, restaurant, an infinity pool, and spa created with the guidance of international spa and wellness consultants GOCO Hospitality. The firm assisted with brand development and provided design and technical services.
In the lobby and on the exterior of the hotel, 10,000 pieces of hand-picked Kimberley sandstone will be designed to recreate a sense of walking through the Karijini gorges. The spa will feature three treatments rooms, one spa suite, saunas, a heated outdoor infinity pool, vitality pools with massage jets, and a private mind and body studio. The 180-seat restaurant, Hearth, will be led by executive chef Jed Gerrard.
