Wellengood Partners has completed a $5-million design refresh at The Westin Memphis Beale Street. Wellengood Partners developed the plan to refresh the design and functionality of the hotel after Marriott’s acquisition of Starwood Hotels in September 2016. 

All 203 guestrooms are fitted with new furniture, carpeting and, drapes. Updates in The Westin’s shared spaces include a fresh look and feel to the lobby and bar, now boasting a more open floor plan with elevated furniture, art, drumstick chandeliers, and a co-working space in the lobby. The workout room touts updated wallpaper, more free weights, and new equipment. New wallpaper, carpeting, and furniture can be found in the ballrooms, which accommodate up to 300 people, as well as the meeting rooms overlooking Downtown Memphis.
