Cheval Blanc Hotels, which is controlled by LVMH, unveiled plans for a 115-room luxury hotel on property it owns at the corner of Rodeo Drive and Little Santa Monica Boulevard in Los Angeles.Cheval Blanc Beverly Hills will be designed by architect Peter Marino.
Set to open in 2025, the project will feature a spa, two swimming pools, a private members club, and retail space. The hotel will be adorned in imported French limestone as a nod to classic French chateaux.Marino said that every window will be a different size in order to offer a “humanistic approach.” Art will be a big part of the design, including a graffiti wall to encourage guests to take selfies.
