Hotels continue to turn to new ways to drive revenue, especially during a time when the COVID-19 pandemic is wreaking havoc on bottom lines.
Case in point: LINE Austin is transforming some of its hotel rooms into well-designed work space crafted by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture to offer comfortable remote offices with additional perks. Visitors can book private use of a studio suite for up to six guests. The reservation includes a Zoom-enabled 70” plasma screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, pool access on weekdays, two drink tokens that can be used at the P6 rooftop restaurant, and dining offerings from new pop-up Veracruz All Natural or the hotel’s in-room delivery menu.
