Hotel Vin, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, in Grapevine, Texas, has officially opened its doors. The boutique luxury hotel and the connected Harvest Hall are both part of the $114 million Grapevine Main development. Hotel Vin and Harvest Hall are owned and operated by Coury Hospitality.
Situated in Grapevine’s historic district, ground broke on the Grapevine Main development a little more than two years ago, and the first phase—the opening of the new TEXRail station—was complete in January 2019. The opening of Hotel Vin and Harvest Hall (coming in October) are the final components of the project.
The new-build features architecture by Architexas and interiors by Streetsense that match the vintage look of a rail station. The hotel features 120 rooms, Bacchus Kitchen + Bar, Rioja Rooftop Terrace, a wine tasting venue called the Riedel Room, and meeting and event space.
