David Plank has been named director of architecture of ACS in its Milwaukee office. In this new role, Plank will lead the architecture studio in Milwaukee, support the architectural team in Newport Beach, California, and help promote business development opportunities for hotel projects. He will report to ACS president David Rhodes.
Plank was most recently associate principal at Kahler Slater, where he managed hospitality projects for over 20 years with a specialization in hospitality design, historic preservation and adaptive reuse projects. Plank holds a Bachelor’s degree from Carleton College and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects and is LEED AP certified.
