Indiana-based hospitality design firm Interior Image Group (IIG), has opened an office in Cooper City, near Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Leslie Schultz, IIG’s vice president of design, has been tapped to lead the studio.
“Our Florida office is perfectly poised to serve clients with full-service, boutique and resort projects,” says Schultz, a 2011 Boutique 18 honoree. “We specialize in truly capturing the stories behind every property we work with and beautifully design the property around that storytelling. Working in an open, collaborative studio environment where ideas flow, we are always thinking of creative ways to tell a story through our designs and incorporate moments that guest will always remember.”
Patti Tritschler, president of IIG, adds: “IIG opened a Florida office to tap into the large hospitality market in the Southeast, particularly Central and South Florida. We’re thrilled to have such fabulous designers working in this office. I’m confident they will continue to wow our clients in the Southeast with their industry expertise and unforgettable designs.”
IIG’s current projects include the recently opened Western Front Hotel in St. Paul, Virginia (which will be featured in the May issue of Boutique Design); the upcoming Craddock Terry Hotel in Lynchburg, Virginia; and the Sessions Hotel in Bristol, Virginia.
