Boca Raton Resort & Club announced the debut of Marisol restaurant and Beach Club lobby lounge, two new concepts created by lifestyle impresario and creative director Colin Cowie, as part of the property’s $150-million renovation.
Upon entering the beachfront hotel, guests are welcomed into an airy and light filled lobby with panoramic ocean views. The ocean-chic vibe is carried through to the lobby lounge, awash in natural colors with gold accents and subtle navy blue touches. Cowie and his Thrive Hospitality team, hand selected every piece of furniture, decor, and art by Gino Miles, Jane Manus, and Tigran Tsitoghdzyan.
The lounge stretches over 2,500 square feet and features multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas, each with their own intimate and inviting atmosphere. From sunrise to moonrise, Cowie programmed the space, creating a unique atmosphere for each time of day.
Marisol is situated outside just steps away from the sand, inspired by Cowie’s love for La Dolce Vita and iconic beach clubs set along the Mediterranean. The menu features fresh seafood that capture the simplicity and freshness of the cuisine found throughout the Mediterranean with spotlight on salt crusted branzino.
