Omni Hotels & Resorts is partnering with USA Place LLC, to develop a new Omni hotel in downtown Tempe, Ariz. The 330-key luxury hotel be part of USA Place, a mixed-use urban district that will be home to USA Basketball’s national headquarters, Arizona Interscholastic Association events, a 4,500-seat multipurpose events center, 500 luxury apartments, 160,000 square feet of retail and up to 200,000 square feet of office space.
A dual Courtyard by Marriott/Residence Inn hotel has opened in Syracuse, N.Y., offering 102 and 78 rooms, respectively. The property is operated by New Castle Hotels and Resorts with RHS Holdings LLC.
Hyatt Hotels Corp. has opened the 108-key Park Hyatt Siem Reap, designed by Bill Bensley. The property, formerly the Hotel De La Paix, is Hyatt’s first site in Cambodia.
