Harborfront boutique will join Leading Hotels of the World
The newly-built Beach Club at Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina will bring a new luxury boutique offer to the city when it opens this September. Interior design firms Haute and D. Shakil Designs incorporated Lowcountry influences throughout the 92-room property, which overlooks Charleston’s historic harbor, local newspaper Moultrie News reports.

Guest room highlights include vanities and fireplaces sculpted of local oyster shells, paintings by local artist John Doyle, bamboo hardwood flooring and custom hand-painted furnishings. Other distinctive design details include wraparound porches, oversized balconies and coastal accents throughout.
Additional hotel amenities include a spa, two outdoor pools and a 33-seat private screening room. Charleston Harbor Fish House restaurant, with a focus on local, sustainable seafood, is located next door to the property. The Beach Club is part of the Leading Hotels of the World collection.
